Exclusivity, confidentiality and discretion make the Mas de l'Espérance an ideal place to organize your meetings, lunches, dinners and company cocktails in the Gard, very close to the city of Nîmes and Arles.

Two spaces are available for your professional receptions:

- Our Old Sheepfold area :

For major events: up to 200 people in theater configuration for your meetings and up to 300 people in cocktail configuration.

-Our Mas de l'Espérance space :

For more intimate events: up to 100 people in theater configuration and cocktail configuration.

we would be delighted to offer you a personalized service according to your expectations.

Depending on your event, we will direct you to the most appropriate space to guarantee a successful reception and we will direct you to our many quality service providers.

Business lunches and dinners

For your business lunches and/or dinners served at the table:

Cathy, mistress of the house, will be happy to offer you a menu based on market produce and the seasons (for a maximum of 20 employees).
Beyond 20 people, we call on a quality local caterer.

Mas lunch - Lunch formula from €38 per person
Mas dinner - Dinner formula from €48 per person

We will be delighted to accompany your menus with local wines from the Costières de Nîmes appellation.

For your lunches and/or dinners in buffet format:

If you wish to opt for a buffet - cocktail formula, we can create delicious gourmet and complete buffets from €25 excluding tax per person, excluding drinks (up to 50 people).
Beyond 50 people we use a local quality caterer.

Please note the possibility of developing a tailor-made menu, especially for your event, according to your budget and/or your culinary preferences.

Seminars

Our accommodations

For your seminars, our top-of-the-range and contemporary guest rooms allow you to welcome your employees in absolute comfort.

Our 7 guest rooms can accommodate up to 10 employees on site.

  • 4 bedrooms in single occupancy
  • 3 double occupancy bedrooms (with 2 single beds)

For their greater comfort, you will find:
- King-size bed (180*200cm) or Single beds (90*200cm)
- Reversible climate control
- Bathroom and/or shower
- Private terrace

The full and gourmet breakfast is offered and served in our dining room, on the terrace or by the pool depending on the season.

For more accommodation, your employees can be accommodated in the nearby hotel located just 3km from our estate. A shuttle system can be set up to facilitate their movements.

Old Sheep-fold area

Former wine cellars, this place consists of a reception room of 300m2 and an interior courtyard with trees and flowers of 200m2.

In an industrial style and offering extraordinary ceiling heights, you will surprise your employees with the originality of the place.

Its exteriors offer a space shaded by its huge century-old plane tree...

Charm and authenticity are in the spotlight, enough to make your event in the Gard unique and surprising!

Our room is located in a vaulted room, it opens onto a shaded terrace around a fountain, which will be the ideal place for your coffee breaks, aperitifs or work groups.

- up to 70 people in banquet configuration

* The dining room of the Mas can accommodate:
